Make sure that the label cartridge is loaded into the printer correctly. Please check if you are connected to your Leitz Icon printer and if the right Leitz Icon Printer is selected in the Software. The cartridge info is only displayed, if the printer is status "Online" in the Leitz Icon SW. If the label cartridge is loaded correctly and the power and wireless status lights alternately blink, this indicates that the label cartridge is invalid or unreadable.
